Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks Day 2 - Rose Bouquet, Bloomin’ Stacklets 3 + Bloomin’ Accessories

Hi Everyone!

 Welcome to the second day of sneak peeks from Taylored Expressions! Spring is definitely in the air and I was influenced by the springy colors, while creating these cards today! 

 For my first card I used the previously released stamp set: Petite Rose Bouquet with the soon to be released coordinating die. The sentiment for the card comes from the Picture Perfect - Celebrate dies. I colored the roses my favorite color of roses: orangish/yellowish colors - or as I like to call them: "SunRise Roses"! It all started many years ago when my husband (before he was my husband) sent me a postcard with these sunrise roses and ever since then - they have been my favorite color roses. I colored the roses and vases with copics and then covered it with a glaze:

Here is a another peek at the flowers and the glaze on the vase - I just love how this turned out!! I was thinking to give this as either a happy birthday card or even as a graduation card - I just love how this turned out!!!
Card Ingredients:
Premium Cardstock: Poppy Seed, Sugar Cube, Pumpkin and Peapod
Taylored Dies: Circle Stacklets and Stitched Circle stacklets, Dream 
Accessories: Pink Button, Burlap Twine – May Arts, Best Glue Ever, Glue Dots, Pico Irresistible  - Wedding Dress, foam dimensional Tape

For my second card, I used the second frame from the Picture Perfect - Celebrate die that says "Celebrate". This card has NO stamping OR coloring - just die cuts!! I die cut the Bloomin' 3 stacklets and accessories and then layered the felt down on top of each other. I used different colored Taylored Felt colors to die cut the different colors of the Bloomin 3  Stacklets and Accessories. 


Here is another close up of the different layers cut out of Taylored Felt - to the top, I added a button with twine attached by and then added a leaf to the side! Love all the dimension and colors of this card!!

Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks Day 1: Stacked Teacups, Build a Bookmark

Hi Everyone!

Happy Spring! I am so excited to share sneak peeks this week for the April Release of Taylored Expressions! Today's projects have some super cute dies that seriously make crafting them SOOO fun and easy! My first card uses the wonderful stamp set: Some Like It Hot with the Stacked Teacups dies that cuts out some fun details in these elegant teacups. 


Here is a closer peek at these teacups - I layered some with cardstock behind the die cut and the one with the dots, I added some liquid pearls to the middle. To the side of the sentiment I added some Pico Irresistible Wedding Dress dots and finished it out with some ribbon on the top:

Taylored Dies: Stacked Teacups dies, Label Stacklets 4, Stitched Banner Stacklets
Accessories: stitched grosgrain ribbon, Best Glue Ever, Glue dots, Glaze, liquid pearls, foam dimensional tape

For my second project, I created a little bookmark using the new Build A Bookmark die - which comes with these lovely flowers, butterfly and leaves. I added the sentiment from the Plot Twist stamp set and a little border using the Rainbow Scallop border die.  So much fun!!
