Good Evening everyone,
Hope your Tuesday has been fantastic... here things are on fast forward and I don't know how to press pause... I know its only Tuesday - but doesn't it feel like a Thursday? Anyhoo.. I just wanted to post a quick little something that I made while procrastinating on finishing up my presentation for my lecture tomorrow :) I have been loving looking at the projects that Pam and Carrie have been putting up at the 3D Design Challenge site - they always astound me - and I am so glad that I finally got to play along this week to the challenge of creating this treat pouch.
I used the colors for the pouch from last week's ColorThrowdown #24 colors (vanilla, mellow moss and baja breeze) - I missed the deadline for the challenge - but had to do it anyway because those colors are so pretty together... (although, I wouldn't call my green: mellow moss, but that's all I had - so I ran with it.... :) And here is a picture of them side by side together...
This was a fun and quick project - I enjoyed making it and can't wait to try more... I am thinking I should make one for me for my craft table... but instead of making the pouch kinda teeny like I did here -- I should make it much much bigger - just for me :) LOL!
Alright - I am off to go finish doing all that I have put off doing... ! (ever have days like that ? :)
Hope everyone is having a great evening,
Thank you for coming over for a visit!
Ciao for now :)
Sankari :)
Materials used:
Paper: K & Company
Accessories: Heart punch by Marvy and Martha, liquid pearls, ribbon (grosgrain in vanilla and green, white chocolate chips and cellophane :)

Aw, Sankari, we don't care when you post your project, especially since it is such a sweet thing for your hubby! I haven't made these for a long time, once I finally get my new SU paper, maybe I will! Thanks for playing the challenge and come back any time!

Nice job girlfriend! Love the color combo!!
What a lovely from the heart gift for your hubby. I think some times we forget about the men in our lives when it comes to little sweet gifts. Your husband is a lucky man and it sounds like you are a lucky woman as well. Have a great day and TFS.

So cute, and I love the purple baggies! :D
This is just lovely Sankari!!! I agree with you though.. the one you make for YOUR craft table MUST be much much bigger... and filled with White Chocolate Chips... or perhaps Peanut Butter M&M's...YUM!!! Nah..actually BOTH!!! I can't get Peanut Butter M&M's here in Perth, so I'm totally salivating at the moment at the thought of them... hahaha.
Lots of Love
