Here is close up of the sentiment and image. I added a little liquid pearls around the edges and then finished up the triple bow with some curly-q's of green DP:

For my card today, I decided to use beautiful Moments Remembered stamp set. I love the beautiful peacock feathers and peacock that is part of this stamp set - this set is so beautifully illustrated and has such lovely sentiments. I started out with a blue base that I embossed and then sponged with silver ink. I stamped the sentiment and feather that I sponged and then added a mat with gray cardstock:
