Taylored Expressions August Sneak Peeks: Grumplings In Costume and Wrought Iron Fence

Hi Everyone!!

Welcome to the August Release of Taylored Expressions!!

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog each Sneak Peek Day this week for details on how you can enter to win.

First of all - can you believe that it is August!! That means summer is almost over and the sound of leaves crunching underneath your feet in the crisp cool fall air is around the corner! Speaking of which Hallween isn't too far away when it turns autumnal and this card using the new stamp set: Grumplings In Costume is perfect for your Halloween buddy who just doesn't "Abra-Ca-I Don't Care!! Isn't this stamp set and sentiment soooo aorable and hilarious!! I LOVE this sweet little grumpy cat and the sentiment!!! omg -this is totally me during Halloween!!! When I saw this stamp set - I knew I had to make it with this sentiment!!! HILARIOUS!

I used a SSSC# 274 for the above sketch and  added some bling to the position of the stars in the sketch. I colored and then die cut the sweet little grumpy fairy and then adhered them all together - love how this card came out!!

My second card today features the Wrought Iron Gate dies that can be used in so many ways - I decided to create a happy little scene using the On the Line Cutting Plates that creates these two lovely trees with some Little Bits Sun and Clouds dies for a little sunshine.

I kept the card without sentiment so that it can be used for anything - from thinking of you to cards, to happy birthday cards... I added a little bit of Pico embellisher to make the gate shine and pop out a little - I LOVE this gate die - it just makes a card so unique:

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Please hop over tomorrow for more TE sneak peeks!!
