A Just Rite kind of Merry Christmas Blog Hop!

Good Morning Every One,

I can't even tell you how excited and honored I am to be part of this amazing Christmas blog hop in August for the Just Rite Stamp System - with over 30 bloggers showcasing their newest Christmas stamps!! ! Just Rite Stamps is releasing its newest stamp set for the 1 5/8" stamper and this set is not only sooo versatile - but also so cute, little and packed with Christmas Merriment!!! This set is called the Merry Little Christmas Borders and Centers Round (1 5/8")  and what I love about these stamps - is the ability to mix and match borders and how easy it is to create a ton of fun projects! This stamp set comes with a variety of 10 different Christmas images and 10 different borders!! Talk about the number of combinations! Here are some of the combinations I came up with:

Project 1 : Merry and Bright Christmas Card

I loved making this fun Christmas card using three of the different stamp images and one of the borders. I popped up the candles and bells up on dimensionals for a little added dimension:

Card Details:
Paper: Metal Burgandy paper from Paper Company, dotted burgandy paper from K&Company, Green paper is from Martha Stewart
Stamps: Just Rite Merry Little Christmas set for the 1 5/8" stamper
Ink: Olive from SU!
Accessories: Paper Shaper scallop square punch, brads from Spare parts, ribbon from stash, Spellbinders die, SU! Scallop Punch, Creative Memories circle punches, Lattice punch from Martha Stewart

Project 2 - Kindle the Holidays:

I used Julee's Mojo 99 sketch to make this card. I love this little stamp image - it is so sweet and cute and jolly: It reads: "Kindle the Lights of the Holidays" and has little sweet candles on it:

Card Details:
Paper: Merry Christmas collection from Taylored Expressions, Paper Company - wine cardstock
Stamps: Just Rite Merry Little Christmas set for the 1 5/8" stamper
Ink: Stazon Black
Accessories: , ribbon and rose from stash, Kaiser blue rhinestones, Martha mini scallop punch, K&Company bling, liquid pearls,

Project # 3 - Christmas Tags

One thing that I have always wanted to do - but never had a chance to do was to make my own Christmas tags for presents, since I always ran out of time buying and wrapping presents last minute, let alone make tags! One thing that I loved about making these tags was how quick and simple they were to make! Here are three sets of samples of my tags using some of the combinations in this amazing stamp set:

1. Snowflakes are Winter's Butterflies Tag set:

Stamps: Just Rite Merry Little Christmas set for the 1 5/8" stamper

2. From your Secret Santa Tag set:

Accessories:  fruit punch stickles, Wine Poly Twill ribbon from Taylored Expressions

Project #4 - Happy New Year! (wow - its almost 2010!!!)

I made this card using the sketch from Maria Bell for the Christmas Stamping All Year Long group - where we make Christmas cards all year long to take away the pressure from creating everything last minute around Christmas time. I flipped the sketch and combined two of the stamp images (the New Year sentiment and mistletoe) on a sheet of paper and then cut it out with Spellbinders.

I love the ribbon with the numbers on it - I have been saving it for almost 2 years (no idea where its from) but I am so glad that I saved it because it was perfect for a new year's card (it does pay to be a packrat sometimes!!!)

Card Details:
Paper: Martha Stewart
Stamps: Just Rite Merry Little Christmas set for the 1 5/8" stamper
Inks: Burgandy and Stazon Black
Accessories: Martha mini scallop punch, CM circle cutting system, spellbinders, ribbon from stash, liaquid pearls, prisma color pencils, red and yellow liquid glaze

---------------------

I had a ton of fun playing with this amazing and versatile stamp set from the Just Rite Stamp system! Huge thanks to Kellie Fortin for organizing this amazing hop!

Check out the amazing projects that these super fabulous artists have created using these cute stamps!

Thanks so much for coming over for a visit!
Big hugs,
Sankari :)
