Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks - Day 3 !!!!!!

HI Everyone,

Today is Day 3 of sneak peeks over at Taylored Expressions where today the Baker's Dozen is featuring an awesome new stamp set called: It's a Banner Day 1, which comes with a coordinating Banner Day 1 die!! I love brand new dies! This stamp concept comes from the amazing Iwona Palamountain! This stamp set comes with 3 awesome banner shapes and all-around sentiments that coordinate with all stamp sets - so I chose to coordinate my banner project with one of my favorite stamp sets: Sprinkled With Love.

I made this card for a very dear friend of mine - she is simply the best! I can't even express how dear she is to me and I feel so lucky to have such a great friend and I can't wait to send this to her (I know you might be reading this - so please pretend to be surprised when you get it in the mail :) I used the Be Mine papers from EP and added a little blue ribbon for pop.
I stamped the banner and then stamped the sentiment "You're the Best"  inside it. I used the new Banner Die 1 to cut it out and then colored the edges in with black to create a border. I used the frame from the Kid at Heart stamp set to put the image of the hot fudge sundae from the Sprinkled with Love in the center. I have to say that I made myself a hot fudge sundae while making this card (which is a crazy thing to do in a blizzard, but coloring in this sundae made me so hungry!) :)

I used a little Expresso liquid pearls for the chocolate over the ice cream and some Fruit Punch stickles for the strawberry and some Christmas Red Stickles for the cherry

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Be Mine from EP
Stamps: Banner 1, frame from Kid at Heart and Sprinkled with Love stamp set from Taylored Expressions
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Rose Red ink
Accessories: star pins, ribbon and bling from stash, dimensionals, copics, Expresso liquid pearls, Fruit Punch stickles, Christmas Red Stickles, EK success scallop punch and Banner 1 die from Taylored Expressions.

I finished it with a frame of white opal liquid pearls popped up the image over the DP and added some star pins to the ribbon. I can't wait to send this to her and I can't wait to check out the amazing creations from these amazing artistes with this super awesome stamp set - hop over with me and check them out:

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Stop by tomorrow for Release Day festivities!
Big hugs,
Sankari :)
