Hi Everyone,

It's Day 2 of sneak peeks over at Taylored Expressions where the release week party keeps rocking with some awesome stamp sets and dies that are being peeked today! One of the stamp sets that we are peeking today is the super cute full sized stamp set that has 21 images/sentiments entitled: Birds of a Feather. This is such a super cute stamp set illustrated by the uber talented Nancy McKinney and is full of the cutest birdcages, birdies and wonderful branch - and coordinates with the Birds & Branch Taylored Die, which makes it a cinch to cut out the stamped branch (or even cut out the branch from a DP).  I love this sentiment: "Happy Bird Day!"

Card Ingredients:
Paper: MME Lime Twist (6x6) Fly a Kite
Stamps: Birds of a Feather by Taylored Expressions
Ink: Memento Ladybug Red
Accessories: liquid pearls, EK success scallop punch, 3/8" satin Caribbean ribbon, Circle Spellbinders, dimensionals, button from BG and dimensionals.

It was so much fun to make this little card and pop out the spellbinders circle window and little birdies. Can't wait to create more cards with this awesome stamp set and dies (and all the different Taylored dies that can coordinate with this super sweet set!)

--------------

The second card I made uses one of the new Mokas that is part of the Moka Collection that is illustrated by Nancy McKinney. This one is called Moka Justin and is named for a famous *Justin* - the Biebs - who is probably the cutest little guy on the music scene that I know (omgoodness, I feel so old to call him "little guy" - but he is so cute and adorable!) This little Moka reminds me of my little guy - and the sentiments are so perfect for every guy big and wee size. I made this card for my friend's son who will officially be a teen next month - and is SO totally a little dude (he does this thing with his hair - it is so cute!) - I don't ever feel like I can use ribbon on a masculine card - so I kinda got carried away with all the layers :)
I used the Seeing Stars Taylored Dies that we peeked yesterday (which also coordinates with the Life is a Circus stamp set that was peeked). I so love this die - its so much fun! And I adore the fonts of the this stamp set - so much fun! I double stamped the sentiment in both red and black ink and then grunged the edges a wee bit. I loved coloring in Moka Justin and it was so much fun paper piecing his sweatshirt with the DP from the Rocket Age paper packet from October Afternoon.

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Rocket Age from October Afternoon
Stamps: Moka Justin by Taylored Expressions
Ink: Memento Ladybug Red and Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: dimensionals, copics, Seeing Stars Taylored Dies, corner chomper and spellbinders.

I had so much fun creating these cards and hope this Biebs inspired card is cool enough for my friend's "about to become" teen! I know I can't wait to make more :) Please check out the rocking rocking samples that these awesome ladies have created with these gorgeous stamp sets!

You know, Sankari, I knew we would see something spectacular from you with these terrific stamps today, and you did not disappoint!!!!! I agree with Karen G, your bird card needs to be framed!!! That is gorgeous, and allllll those liquid pearls....oh my gosh!!! And that Justin card is out of this world. A "to die for card" for any 'tween, that's for sure. It should be framed too.
