Hi Everyone,

It's release week over at Taylored Expressions - and I am so excited to show you some fun creations using all of the super cute stamp sets and dies that Taylor is releasing this month (on Thursday!). We are going to get right to it and kick off with each DT member showing samples from the new releases! I was really excited to work with two super super awesome stamp sets - both of which my son just loves: The Far Out stamp set and the All Aboard stamp set.

The first sample is made using the stamp set called Far Out from the Embracing Grace collection designed by Emily Burger. I love all the robots and super cute sentiments that go with them! It is totally perfect for birthdays and lovey cards - along with lovey cards - or just sentimental card! There are 21 images in this full sized set and I picked the adorable space rocket that I jetted into outer space - along with a planet and combined the sentiments: "Happy BirthdaY" (written in a a robotic font) along with the sentiment: "hope you are having blast!"

I also used the Seeing Stars Dies from TE to die cut some stars and paper pieced the rocket ship from the Rocket Age paper pad:
Card Ingredients:
PaperRocket Age paper pad from Cosmo Cricket, Bazzill black card stock
Stamps: Far Out from Taylored Expressions
Inks: Memento Ladybug Red, Rich Cocoa Brown, and Tuxedo Black :
Accessories: ribbon from stash, Seeing Stars Dies  from Taylored Expressions, dimensionals, sponger, clear glaze

For my second card, I used the super awesomely cute stamp set: All Aboard (full size 20 images) which features the cutest trains and cabooses ! This adorable stamp set was concepted by the awesomest Jen Shults and illustrated by Doub Applegate for the Apple Doodle Ink Collection of stamps at TE. I love these cute trains and used this month's Lovely Project Pantry to create my card for this week! Here is a picture of this month's project pantry - along with the new Train Track Border die that Taylor will be releasing on Thursday! The Project Pantry is such a great way of taking the thinking out of coordinating card stock and DP with embellishments!

I love all the different ways that you can match the sentiments and images (and this also coordinates with the Loads of Fun stamp set where you can add different things that the train is carrying!!! How cute is that?! I created a little scene using the Project Pantry and coloring and paper piecing the train. I also cut the All Aboard sign ontop of a RR crossing sign and added a little twine ribbon on the side. I drew some smoke and cut it out for the front of the train and then sponged some blue on smoke and popped it up with some dimensionals. This card was so much fun to make!

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Loyal Project Pantry
Stamps: All Aboard from Taylored Expressions
Inks: Memento Rich, Cocoa Brown, and Tuxedo Black :
Accessories: ribbon from the Project Pantry, Train Track die from Taylored Expressions, dimensionals, sponger, clear glaze, circle punch,

I can't wait to see what the rest of the design team has created - please hop along with me and check them out !! (AND a huge welcome to this month's Guest Designer: Michele and our newest DT member: Stephanie!!! woot woot! Welcome Ladies!!)

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Big hugs!
Sankari
