Its Taylored Expressions 6th BIRTHDAY party!! 6 years of Taylor having an idea and then creating this store and assembling these amazing designers to be part of the TE DT!! I am so thankful to Taylor and the TE team for letting me be part of the TE team!!! You guys are all amazing
To start off with some really exciting news as part of the birthday celebrations for TE - Taylored Expressions is launching its own patterned paper line with two patterned paper collections (6x6 paper packs) along with launching its own cardstock collection (of premium 100lb cardstock - woohoo!!! Each of the two collections will have a matched collection that coordinates the TE paper pack with similar cardstock, sequin bottles! For both of my projects today, I am using the new TE paper pack collection called: Double the Fun (6x6 paper pack) with coordinating matched cardstock.
To celebrate our 6th year, we've designed a special party favor, Think Happy Thoughts. This petite stamp set includes a very "happy" coordinating die and will be FREE with orders over $50 beginning on September 11th - September 21st. One free set per customer, while supplies last!!
Here is a closer look at the front of this card - I added some balloons using the new Little Bits Balloon dies that were die cut in both the new paper and the new cardstock:
And for the inside of the card, I used Think Happy Thoughts stamp set and added both the die cut word happy and the sentiment "for you" stamp set on the inside! LOVEd how this turned out! So much fun to make
There is a fun way to all celebrate together and that is to create a card using the below sketch (designed by the awesome Jen Shults!) Just create a card and enter it onto the TE Blog for monday! Create a card and snap a photo of you holding the card to be entered to win $250 gift certificate to TE!! WOWZA!
Here is closer peek - I love these embossing folders - I cut the heart out by hand and added a heart to the center heart. I added a row of pink buttons on the bottom part of the card - I LOVE these papers - omgosh - I really need a whole lot more!!! I added some faux stitching on the edge of the card and to the edge of the Label Stacklets 8 :
And here is a selfie of me and my card :) It is a little blurry but it was the best I could do while I was laughing trying to snap selfie :) Can't wait to check out your selfies!
It was so much fun to make these cards and I can't wait to see everyone else's project for this fun first day of sneak peek blog hopping!!
Thanks for visiting, crafty friends! If you'd like to see more projects and new product information, please head over to the TE Blog for a complete blog roll of our participating designers!
Please hop on by tomorrow for more TE goodness!!
Ciao for now!!
