Taylored Expressions Release Day: Lil Pumpkin

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to Release Day at Taylored Expressions! All of the September Release products that we have been sneeking all week are ready for your crafting pleasure! For release day fun, I created a little scene for the newest Mischief Maker: Lil Pumpkin! I love her Halloween outfit - my daughter was a pumpkin one year when she was a baby - and it is seriously just the cutest outfit :)

I paired this Lil Pumpkin stamp set with the Critters n Costume stamp set where I stamped the little pirate kitty and then added him into the scene for some Halloween fun :) The background was created by sponging the clouds with the Cloud Border die and the hills with the Rolling Hills die that was embossed with the Lots of Dots folder. I added the Spooky Fence border along the back and some grass from the Grass Border up front:

Here is a close up of her - I colored here in with copics and then cut her and little pirate kitty out and popped them under one of the rolling hills. I took an x-acto knife and cut out the part under the handle of her trick or treat pail - love how she turned out :)

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Mischief Maker Lil' Pumpkin and Critters in Costume stamp sets from Taylored Expressions
Paper: Hocus Pocus Matched set (Taylored Expressions)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, London Fog and Copic Markers
Taylored Dies: Spooky Fence Border die, Lots of Dots Embossing Folder, Build A Scene: Rolling Hills, Clouds Border Die, Grass Border die
Accessories: Circle Dies (Spellbinders), foam tape (TE), Best Glue Ever, corner counder

I loved creating this fun card with this cutie mischief maker and the adorable pirate kitty cat!!

Oh, look at those two together. What a great scene. Love the hills and the coloring... the sponged clouds look amazing.
